Dr. Rucha has an extensive experience of working in apex and tertiary institute for cancer management, Tata Memorial Hospital, which assisted her to gain substantial and independent firsthand experience of surgical management of breast diseases.
She has represented Breast Service Dept. of Tata Memorial Hospital in providing consultation to Punjab Government in setting up of Breast cancer unit in Punjab.
Apart from the tenure in Tata Memorial Hospital she has an experience of running a breast clinic single handedly in Private medical college and research institute in Gujarat.
A firm believer in practicing evidence based management protocols in terms of Surgery, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and Hormone therapy for Breast cancer.
