- Dr. Rajesh Chokhani is appreciated for the patient hearing and time that he gives to his patients, as well as for his scientific approach with minimum investigations and medicines.
- Besides, he is a popular teacher extensively involved in training of future doctors to be. One such teaching session is regularly webcasted live since 2014. As an extension of this, he is an Examiner for various postgraduate exams and has also been appointed as an Examiner for the MRCPCH exam conducted by the Royal College of Child Health, London (U.K.).
- He takes keen interest in ‘Continuing Medical Education (CMEs)’ for fellow doctors. He is regularly invited as guest faculty at various conferences at the local, state, national & international level. He has been co-conducting an unique workshop called 'Sensitizing to Think, Enabling Excellence and Rationality' (STEER), a full-day interactive workshop for fellow doctors - more than 100 programs conducted so far covering approximately 20000 delegates, all over India and in Dubai.
- He takes keen interest in parent education and along with his colleagues has been conducting parenting workshops 'PAALAK – Parenting with Love and Kindness' in numerous schools and corporates across Mumbai since 2016. He has also co - authored a book for parents titled ‘Even when there is a doctor’.
- He has been elected as the President of the Mumbai branch of Indian Academy of Pediatrics for the year 2022.
