On the 1st of March this year I finally underwent a complete health check up - the Health Perfect package- at your spanking new Lalita Girdhar tower 2 facility.
Wanted to share that the facilities at the new location are spotlessly clean, the services were very friendly and efficient and all the doctors I met there were all thorough professionals with an a hearty touch of warmth. (They were most interested to know about the work I/my org do to end child marriages in Maharashtra). I was very happy with all aspects of the check up.
Today, I came over to OPD for consultations. With Dr Vinod Joshi - who had done my Radical Prostectomy in 2015 with the late Dr Sagade. And with Dr Phulrenu Chauhan, Endocrinologist who treats me for Diabetes. In June I have an appointment with Dr. Zarir Udwadia- who has been treating my Asthma since the time he joined Hinduja- over 25 years ago.
I found that the hospital has changed - excellent digital patient histories are on each doctor’s table, while the same smooth efficiency of services prevails.
I write to tell you that over the years I have found Hinduja Hospital to be amongst the very best hospitals, if not the best.
I have always found all of you doctors here to be amongst the most professional and in the forefront of medical practices- and also wonderful humans!
I can truly say that your doctors have kept me alive (and fit) over the years. Grateful to know all of you and grateful for the services of all doctors, nursing staff and technicians here at the Hinduja!

My name is Anushree Kaur Taneja and my mom Mrs. Malabika Chanda is under the treatment of Dr. Sampada Dessai for the last few months. I can not thank her enough for the support and the way she guided us through the surgery procedure. Although it was a big surgery, she made it so smooth and easy, and she ensured that there were no complications at all. Her behavior is what makes her unique, and I feel so proud that she is such a great surgeon at such a young age. She is very warm with my mom every time we meet her and explains each and everything very well to my mom. We are blessed to have her in our lives, and undoubtedly, she gave a new life to my mom. My name is Himanshu Goyal and my mom Mrs.Neena Goel is under treatment of Dr.C Balakrishnan for the last 7 years. I have just no words to thank him for the amazing care and love he shows for her, Despite odd times, including covid days, I have reached out to him asking for guidance for her condition of LIVEDOID VASCULITIS, he has been a guiding angel, despite his busy schedule. I have no words to thank him and you all for cultivating such a talent in your team, these people are really god sent angels and they are doing so much for humanity. 

Also commendable references of Dr.Vinod Joshi(Urologist), Dr.Rajiv Joshi (Skin), Dr.Devendra Desai (Gastroenterologist), provided by Dr.Balakrishnan, had given us a lot of care and relief. They are all amazing souls who have been very helpful for my whole family.

I cannot praise the service of Dr Santoshi Nagaonkar enough. He's a highly skilled surgeon and goes an extra mile for his patients. My father had robotic surgery last month and despite the complications, it was a success. My brother and I are overseas and due to COVID restriction, we were unable to come for the surgery. Dr Santoshi reassured us and was happy to answer all our queries and doubts over the phone. He spent an incredible amount of time with my father explaining each step of the surgery and guiding him through the available options. He is one of the most dedicated professionals who is approachable and a real gem of a person.

I went for dose 2 Covid vaccination for my senior citizen parents. It's well managed right from entry to exit where vaccination is facilitated. Overall the entire process was smooth. It took 30 minutes to complete the entire procedure. Great work by the staff of the hospital.

P. D. Hinduja Hospital has arranged the vaccination programme in Bombay Scottish School that is adjacent to the hospital. The staff was very polite, quick and professional. The entire centre is managed efficiently and in a way that there is no crowd at any time and people are comfortable. They have 4-5 payment counters, 5 verification counters and 8 vaccination points. Even after getting vaccinated, they have medical officers asking about how we are feeling and asked to wait for 15 minutes after vaccination. The entire hassle-free process took me about 40 to 45 mins. Having said this, I am unsure about reviews saying the opposite. Maybe it was earlier and now things have become streamlined. Overall, a 5 star from me.

I do not have enough words to thank and express my gratitude to Dr Arati Adhe Rojekar from P. D. Hinduja Hospital. With a history of two miscarriages, we decided to consult a new doctor. Our friend who had a baby recently recommended Dr Arati. She is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. Also, she was reachable for assistance outside the working hours, patiently replying to many calls and WhatsApp messages. We were hesitant to call her at 2-30am/3 am during our panic times. She answered with politeness and calmness. She always put us and the baby's safety first. We always left the office feeling positive and confident. All our consultations were efficient with a limited waiting period. Her guidance over our entire pregnancy, work/travel/rest, choice of hospital, extra care due to blood sugar/BP levels were all provided in the best interest. My husband, baby Ayra and I strongly recommend Dr Arati for any couple planning a baby or would like to consult her.

Dr Arati and Reema are super nice and caring. They are quite knowledgeable and explain things in a detailed manner. Dr Arati is very easy to talk to, she listens patiently and doesn't make you feel like you are being rushed. It's because of her my entire birth experience went exactly as I was hoping for. She was calm and encouraging during delivery and coached me through it. Her team was always on time, very friendly, explained everything, and are very attentive. What I admire about Dr Arati is that she is to the point but still very personal, and always finds the right words. I highly recommend her and the team! I feel blessed to have been under her care and that Dr Arati was the person to bring my girl into this world. It was truly an honour to call her my doctor and to have her share in such special memories in our lives!

At first, I was confused and scared, but little did I know that all it would take was one meeting with Dr Arati Adhe Rojekar, and all my worries were put to rest. Throughout my treatment, she has been of tremendous help and guidance, and we cannot thank her enough for that. She was always available to answer my queries and doubts very patiently, even post working hours. Additionally, the entire team was of great assistance, especially Ms Reema's approachable nature extended even after my surgery as she continued to support and care for me. It is Thanksgiving and it's the same month when I saw those precious two lines on the pregnancy test kit. So, I thought what could be a better occasion than this to thank Dr. Aarti, Reema Madam and the whole of P.D. Hinduja Hospital! My maternity journey wouldn't have been possible without you. We have been planning for a baby since March 2020 and there were some obstacles due to which I had a problem in conceiving. We thought we would go as per the expert's advice and due to lockdown, my treatment was postponed. In September 2020. I met Dr. Aarti, with some injections, medicines and a lot of moral support from her, we were successful on the very first attempt! However, the journey wasn't smooth. I had to travel from Nagpur to Pune and then Pune to Mumbai due to some reason. I experienced bleeding two times in the whole pregnancy. There were some complications in the anomaly scan. I was diagnosed with GD in the fourth month. The whole journey was very difficult and I was stressed like never before. There were times when I thought I had lost my good news and felt devastated. During all these times, Dr. Aarti not only supported me with proper medical treatment but also was available for me all the time. Once because of an emergency, I disturbed her at midnight, that too on the weekend. But she patiently replied to me, assuring me that everything will be fine. I didn't have anybody at home to guide me, but she always stood by me. Like a doctor, sometimes like an elder sister, she was always there for me, In these nine months, I trusted only her and nobody else. I had to travel from Mumbai to Pune again in the seventh month. After that also, she was available for me with teleconsultation. Being a non-medical person, I always had a lot of doubts, sometimes very basic, but she always answered satisfactorily. Now, my baby, my daughter "Rhythm' is 4.5 months old and I am eagerly waiting to visit Mumbai just to meet Dr. Aarti & Reema Madam personally and show my little bundle of miracle. I am writing this to share the positive experience my mother, Yasmin Masood, has had while receiving radiation treatment at P. D. Hinduja Hospital, Mahim, for breast cancer. The staff at the hospital right from the reception staff to the surgeons are all so knowledgeable, patient, and polite. They all took the time to answer my mother's questions (no matter how small or how many times she asked the same question over and over again). The atmosphere at the hospital is very calm and, by Mumbai standards, very quiet. It does put the patients and their families at ease. My mother has a short temper at the best of times and is often anxious in new situations but being at the hospital has been a revelation - I'm honestly surprised how relatively chilled out she is. Finally, the surgeons and medical staff are top notches. We feel fortunate to be in the care of the countries' best medical team and we also appreciate the professionalism.

The radiation treatment is one where I assume all patients dread going to. On the penultimate day of the 25-day treatment, I am reflecting on my experiences with the entire procedure. The first thing that strikes me is the meticulous planning that goes into this exercise before the actual 25 days start. The doctors led by the able and distinguished Dr. Kannan very clearly lay out what to expect and how much time it will take and what side effects you can expect. There is a 'sewa' atmosphere from the person at the counter taking and confirming your schedule to technicians, nurses, the staff and doctors who are kind. Made me feel very comfortable. What I liked most was the humane touch, the words that motivate and give the courage to make the difficult process bearable.
