After completing his residency training at Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, in 1998, he worked as a Professor and Surgeon at the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, for over 21 years. Dr. Pai is a certified Head Neck robotic surgeon having trained with Prof Gregory Weinstein at University of Pennsylvania, USA in 2015.

Dr. Saneya Pandrowala has completed her MBBS and M.S. General Surgery from Seth G.S Medical College and KEM Hospital Mumbai following which she went on to pursue M.Ch. in Surgical Oncology from the esteemed Tata Memorial Center, Mumbai.
She has received dedicated training at Tata Memorial hospital in HPB surgical oncology including complex cases requiring vascular and multiorgan resections as well as minimally invasive colorectal oncology cases.
