Dr. Mirza specialise in working with local anesthesia for normal Dental Extractions, Surgical Dental Extractions, crowns, bridges, root canal work, silver fillings, sedative fillings and dressings, glass ionomer fillings, core built ups, scaling and polishing procedures,oral diagnosis and dental X rays, removable dentures, complete and partial. He also attends to oncology patients in whom parts of palate have been removed to treat cancer by the Oncology Surgeon by using Obturators for maxillary defects.
He has been with Hinduja Hospital since April 2000 first as an Associate Consultant for a year and since 2001 as the Consultant Dental Surgeon and Prosthodontist.

He has taken intensive courses in U.S.A. and Switzerland on Endopore Dental Implants courtesy LIFECARE company in 2004. Therefore has lot of practical experience in this system of Oral Implants.
He has written a thesis on the resiliency of temporomandibular joints in 1995 as part of the syllabus in acquiring MDS in 1995. The same was published in the Indian Prosthodontic Journal.
