Professional Experience
Dr. Naphade obtained his M.B.B.S and M.S. from GMC, Nagpur and M.Ch from BYL Nair Hospital in Mumbai. He further obtained training for Bypass Surgery in Australia and New Zealand. He has worked in four major public hospitals in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Hamilton. During his stay in Australia and New Zealand, he has performed bypass surgeries in large numbers and was also actively involved in Heart and Lung Transplants in Brisbane.
Upon his return to India, he has performed thousands of surgeries at P. D. Hinduja Hospital.
He has publications in major journals and has attended several national and international conferences. To keep pace with the latest developments, he diligently attends various workshops and conferences internationally every year.
In the year 2006, he was awarded the Manibhai’s Rastra Sewa Puraskar for his help extended to poor patients.
